1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories must be intact.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, creases, or misuse will not be eligible.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Products purchased during clearance or final sale
Customized or made-to-order products
Products damaged due to improper use
Items returned without original packaging
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
Size issues
Manufacturing defects
Wrong product received
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Refund Timelines
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Unboxing video (recommended)
6. Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup availability depends on your location. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product. Reasonable shipping costs may be reimbursed after verification.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
8. Refund Rejection Conditions
Refunds or returns may be rejected if:
The product is used or damaged by the customer
Original packaging is missing
Return request is raised after the allowed return window
The product fails quality inspection
